Just wanted to give you a quick update.
You probably noticed that it has been pretty quite around here lately (insert cricket sound effects). I was gonna try and come up with an elaborate excuse…but I couldn’t.
The truth is, I have been doing a lot of self refection (I didn’t break one single mirror). I’m working on some design changes and more importantly I’m refocusing this blog. I’m narrowing down my topics so that they are not so broad and scattered. I’ve got big plans for this thing and other related projects, so it is vital that I get focused…ooh check that out…OK, I’m back.
Another cool thing that’s going on is. Naomi Dunford is doing“100 Guest Posts” and one of those is going to be on this blog…not officially, but it’s happening. Naomi is a kick ass women (intentional brown nosing) and she has challenged herself to do 100 guest posts. Even though shes has enough juice to post on the big name blogs, she’s sticking to the smaller ones like mine (hey it’s cold…shrinkage remember). One of the reasons I am excited about this is, she inspired me to keep it real and be be myself.
Ok, enough of that, I gotta clean my nose off now…
If you have any feed back on the direction you would like to see this blog go, put a comment below or shoot me an e-mail. Don’t be a smart ass and say “straight to hell” because I might cry and have to pretend that I got something caught in my eye.

Glad you’re still alive! I was going to poke you to see if you were, but I was sort of afraid to. Because who would I call if you didn’t move? As someone who’s *started* several blogs then finally found *THE THING*, I think you should just start writing lots of posts and see what direction it takes you. You’ll find you’re writing more personal advice or more about career, but you’ll find your focus by just keeping on writing.

Oh yeah, you’re an introvert! So you have a lot of stuff cooking in that brain of yours that’s not hanging out for us all to see. Looking forward to hearing what you come up with. I already liked The Thrive Blog, so I’m sure I’ll like your specialty too.
Btw, hope you don’t mind I copycatted and requested one of those 100 guest posts by Naomi too. Don’t know if I was one of the first 100 emails, but we’ll see.

Good luck Christie, there is plenty of room for the both of us. I don’t if you knew about her before this but your gonna want to keep it in your list. I love her writing style, in fact she inspired my style.
I’m with Christie, keep writing and your readers will pull you in the right direction. As a reader I enjoy the humor and the blogs on introverts. It’s nice to know there are others like me and I’m not as weird as I thought.
